RATIONALE
- Simple, natural and unprocessed food is best in taste, aroma, digestion, nutrition and overall health.
- Let us avoid snacks. Best is to eat meals, twice a day, with fruits in between.
- Let us avoid processed food containing artificial preservatives, emulsifier, artificial colours, artificial fragrance and conditioners.

- Share only what you normally eat or use. Do not waste money!

- Raw banana.
- Dates.
- Dry dates or Chhuara.

- Avoid refrigeration, for better food consciousness.
- Buy average quality, use in premium way.
