6-7 AM: Yoga practice by Dr Jaichandra Mohan.
7-8 AM: Welcome at KarmYog Vatika Uniworld city, New Town Kolkata, briefing about the day schedule and introduction among participants.
8-9 AM: "True Health and Microbiome" Talk by Dr Jaichandra Mohan.
9-11 AM: Exposition on KarmYog Foundation for 21st Century by the founder Mahacharya sourabh J Sarkar.
12 Noon - 2 PM: Meeting and interaction with Dr Debal Deb, Rice seed conservation expert and one-man-army crusader, at Basudha Lab, Kolkata
3-5 PM: Meeting and interaction at Gram Samriddhi, Kolkata.
5-6 PM: Closing notes and outline of future programs.
